Refund Requests
When requesting a refund, we’d appreciate it if you could share your reason for the request. Your feedback is invaluable as we continually strive to improve our services.
Refund Policy for Products
Extensions, Themes, and Software: We offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
In-Person Payment Refunds
For in-person payment card readers (such as the M2 or WisePad 3), we also provide a 30-day refund policy. Please contact support to initiate this process. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Times
Refunds are submitted immediately by OEM CD Keys and our payment processor, with efforts to process them as quickly as possible. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds can be processed if you haven’t downloaded the product or if the product is completely unusable, damaged, or non-functioning.
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, you will lose access to any downloaded premium products.
- Before a refund is granted, we will need to assist you in resolving any issues. Please contact support via chat, tech ticket, or email at contact@oemcdkeys.com, and allow 24-72 hours for our team to respond. We strive to reply as quickly as possible.
